About EBKA
EBKA is an Egyptian cotton factory with its own brands. We control every step, so the cotton in a Pony or Bee bud is the same cotton we supply to other manufacturers.
Our factory is in the 1st Industrial Zone of 6th of October City, Giza. We produce cotton buds, cosmetic cotton and cotton sliver from 100% natural Egyptian cotton.
Our goal is to become a leading cotton products manufacturer in the Middle East, with Egyptian products that compete globally on quality and value.

Because we make our own sliver, we know exactly what goes into every bud we ship.
Egyptian cotton
We start from 100% natural Egyptian cotton fibre.
Cotton sliver
The fibre is processed into a uniform sliver of 1.5, 5 or 7 g/m.
Whitening
Bleached with hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂), not chlorine.
Forming
Cotton tips are formed onto sticks on our automated line.
Packing
Sealed in hygienic jars and pouches, microbiologically checked.
Our production is managed under ISO 9001:2015. Certificates are available on request.
